Short Course 200m swim/10km bike/2km run and Long Course 750m swim/20km bike/5km run

$90 per person

Not for the general public, only for athletes I’m familiar with.

8 weeks of Tri Training begins the week starting 12th   August 2013 with the Mini-Tri challenge on 4th/5tht/6th October 2013 (exact times and dates to be confirmed).

The Mini-Tri is held at Donnybrook Rec Centre, the swim is in the pool and then you transition to the gymnasium to cycle on the stationery bikes and conclude your event on the treadmill.

Groups of 3/4 people competing at one time depending on equipment available. Over the weeks you will be placed with groups that suit your own personal ability, from beginners/rehab to the more advanced. Each athlete will get timed, there’s no placing and it’s just your own personal best.

You train on your own not in the already established Centre Circuits and you will be shown the progression of training required. Every two weeks we progress our training, with guidance from me, covering different areas of training, fitness and health. You can contact me anytime via mobile or internet for any extra help.

Personal Training and extra swimming coaching is on offer for those who require them (extra cost).
